What is Sustain 2026?
Sustain is a one-day sustainability UnConference and mastermind. It’s where business leaders, educators, public sector changemakers, and grassroots organisers come together to co-create solutions. No keynotes. No panels. Just action, challenge, and collaboration.
What’s an “UnConference”?
An UnConference is a participant-led gathering. The agenda is created by the attendees on the day. Sessions are hosted in a circle, not on a stage. Everyone’s voice matters. Everyone is invited to lead, listen, and contribute.
What is the “mastermind approach” you’re using?
This isn’t just networking. It’s focused, live problem-solving. Our sessions create a space for real discussion, fresh thinking, and practical next steps. You’ll sit alongside others from across sectors, united by action.
Who is this event for?
Anyone working on or affected by sustainability. This includes:
- Business leaders and ESG professionals
- Local authority teams and policy influencers
- Teachers, lecturers, and students
- Community leaders, CICs, and grassroots organisers
- Innovators, creatives, and career changers
Do I need to be an expert to attend?
Not at all. We welcome all perspectives. You just need a genuine interest in sustainability and a willingness to contribute.
When and where is it happening?

We’ve priced this to be accessible while covering real costs. Everyone contributes, no matter the size of the organisation.
What should I bring or prepare?
Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your lived experience. You don’t need slides or a pitch, but just ideas and openness.
Can I lead a session or mastermind circle?
Yes. At the start of the day, you’ll have the chance to propose topics or challenges you want to explore. Trained facilitators will help guide each session.
Will there be food and drink?
Yes. Catering is provided by ChangeKitchen CIC, with a focus on sustainability and social value.
What happens after the event?
You’ll leave with new connections and next steps. We’ll also provide a post-event summary and offer optional follow-up spaces for ongoing collaboration and project development.
